One thing about our system is that we are stationary and not having to reconnect at any point. Of course a tractor with hydraulics will allow a greater range of power. We have all pulled wire from time to time and know it can be done by hand. With our system you have the benefit of safety, speed, and you are working smarter not harder.
As we are all aware … As we are all aware it takes longer than 20 mins to set up a tugger. We can be set up and ready to pull in 15 minutes or less. Please note that with our system you can manipulate the speed to fit your requirements… you can speed up…slow down or stop the pull instantly.
We rate our system … We rate our system with loads up to 2000lbs, we also stablize the atv by winching off the front of the atv to something stable in this case a piece of heavy equipment. You must equalize the weight of course. We have made numerous pulls with weights up to 3200lbs without breakage or coming off the jack stand. If the wire hangs, as mentioned before you can allow the line to slip on the capstan or use the braking systems as mentioned before. We appreciate your questions!
that cant handle … that cant handle any kind of load.. i can see the wire hanging up on something and pulling the quad off those stands. and which way are the wheels turning?? forward wich means the operator will get his shins taken out by the capstan. take the time to do it right and safe by bolting down a tugger.
geeze take it easy. … geeze take it easy. it just seems a little fast. i heard some-one say 4mph. using a traditional tugger is alot slower and controlled. didnt mean to “personally attack” anyone. sorry

Please note that we … Please note that we have two different types of braking systems, greater stability with less chance of malfunction than conventional means of wire pulling. As well you control the speed of the pull and an immediate stop if any problems arise. Part of what made America great is its peoples necessity to invent better ways of doing things.

Our intent is to show an additional way of pulling your wire, cheaper, safer and with tool that can be used in many different types of applications. you might save 20 mins of man time but when someone gets hurt and your insurance rates go up it wont be worth it then.
